Cancellation Policy
Appointment Policy – Cardiff Studio All visits to Rebecca's Cardiff studio are by appointment only. This ensures a dedicated, one-on-one experience with ample time to discuss your needs, whether you're enquiring about commissions, repairs, or viewing the collection. Appointment Guidelines: Arrival: Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If you are running late, contact us as soon as possible—appointments may need to be shortened or rescheduled if you arrive significantly late. Cancellations & Rescheduling: We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes to your booking. This allows us to offer the slot to other clients. Guests: To maintain a calm and focused environment, we ask that you limit additional guests unless previously discussed. CCTV Notice: For safety, security, and insurance purposes, CCTV is in operation throughout the workshop and studio premises. By attending your appointment, you consent to being recorded while on-site. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
