Validity: Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Please ensure the workshop is booked and attended within this period.

Workshop Upgrades: If the recipient wishes to attend a different workshop than the one originally selected, the voucher can be upgraded. Any difference in price will need to be paid at the time of booking.

Delivery: Vouchers are sent securely via Royal Mail. Alternatively, you are welcome to collect your voucher in person from Rebecca’s Cardiff workshop. Please arrange a collection time with Rebecca in advance.

Refund Policy: Vouchers are non-refundable. However, they can be transferred to another person if the original recipient is unable to use them.

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule a workshop booking, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may result in the voucher being voided.
